TRACTion – Tradition in Action research project (2/2023–1/2025) studies the traditional costumes of three different countries and the craft traditions related to their making. At the event, researchers discuss how traditional craft techniques, and the form and color language of traditional costumes can be used as inspiration for contemporary design and in clothing design.
